On Nicola. Your vintage Easter cards are so beautiful. You made all four of them in an HOUR?!?! I could never do that! They are so beautiful. I dearly love your delicate bow die cut with the long, flowing steamers. That is just amazing! I love Pion papers, too. They are not real bountiful here but I have always loved their designs. And...I wanted to thank you for taking the time to stop by my blog and leave such a nice comment. I think we have a mutual admiration society going regarding our art. haha I truly am such a fan of yours!!! <3
ReplyDeleteNicola, my sweet and amazingly talented friend, I hope you had a blessed Easter! Your cards are so beautiful. You are absolutely right that pretty papers can take center stage all on their own... especially when the cards are created with love, as yours always are. :o) Everything you create is filled with joy, bringing sunshine and sweetness to our days. :o)
ReplyDeleteHugs and blessings,
Karen
I don't know HOW I missed this post! These are fantastic and I really enjoy making simple cards that can actually be put in the mail! Don't know why we feel the need to make cards that need to fit in a giant box! LOL! I love these, the die stitch border is such a pretty layering detail. Hugs, Autumn
ReplyDeleteA very very happy and blessed and incredibly late EASTER greetings to you. I'm honestly not used to Easter in March so this is weird for me, but all the same your cards are sensational and you are right, those papers knocked me on my butt....BEAUTIFUL!!!!
ReplyDeletehugs again,

Oh dear, look how long it is since I've been here - tut, tut! Great use of those adorable images, and the simple layered framing really lets them shine.
