Greetings and Welcome!
There are lots of craft bloggers whose work I admire, but very much top of the list of card makers I aspire to is the wonderful Dorota Kopeć. If you are not familiar with her blog then I'm sure you will know of her creations on Pinterest, where she is prolifically pinned - she must hold some sort of record there!
Dorota recently visited our shores to hold a workshop near Dublin, and yay I was able to attend. It was a brilliant day, impeccably hosted by the lovely Agnieszka Barska and a pleasure to meet lots of like-minded ladies. We made 2 cards, 2 tags and an album (although 3 of these are still works in progress with me as I've been otherwise diverted).
Just posting one of the cards I made at the workshop ...
Thanks so very much Dorota for visiting Ireland! If anyone gets the chance to attend workshops elsewhere then you are assured of a fantastic day.
Happy Weekend and many thanks for your visit!

Oh you lucky girl Nicola, I love Dorota's work -(and have pinned her cards many times over). How wonderful she came to Ireland and you were able to do a workshop with her! Your card is amazing and yes Agnieszka is a fantastic organiser. I was lucky enough to attend a Finnabair workshop she organised in Ireland a few years ago. Wished I had known about this one, it would have been great to catch up with her again too. Can't wait to see more of what you did now! xxx
ReplyDeleteI hope Agnieszka organises another workshop soon, she was so warm, welcoming and helpful. Her whole family helped out on the day! I'll keep you posted. x
DeleteWow Nicola this is so beautiful I like everything about it!!
