Aren't those Wycinanka chippies just the best! Love the one you used with the reindeer, it is so pretty against the script paper. I love the ruby slippers colour too, it looks perfect with the beautiful colour of your backing sheets. A truly beautiful and very festive card! Hugs, Anne xx

So pretty Nicola! Beautiful papers and bows! So fancy and elegant!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE that reindeer bauble... Never have seen that before. Keep the cards coming... You can never have too many. Gorgeous card!!!
ReplyDeleteThis is an absolute beauty Nicola ! I love every bit and pieces of it, first of all the wonderful blue celadon colour under "merry Xmas" which develops a so interesting contrast with the deep dark and rich red of the velvet ribbon and of the deers. And this crown of deers is so full of mouvement, graceful and elegant. You managed brilliantly to create a perfect balance between red tones and blue hues. I also payed attention to the pieces papers printed with two different styles of writing, the medieval looking one and the more modern one, though still evoking past centuries. Well, I do love this card ! Have a nice day. Very cold and very sunny here in France. Véronique.

It is gorgeous Nicola, I love the blue and old red together, and the wonderful story you are telling about Father Christmas and his reindeer, delivering joy and gifts. The way you painted the reindeer bauble is magic, and I so love the beautiful die-cut ,snow covered Merry Christmas. What an amazing card ,dear.
